Venue Wedding Coordinator helped you with the Timeline and other Wedding Details and you just need someone to style your wedding or event with décor you are providing.
You bought flowers/greens to do DIY garland table runners and need someone with floral design experience to put it together for you day of. Someone with a passion for design, educated in Interior Design and experience as a florist. I am your Gal.
Don't leave your most important day to anyone but a Professional, with the Expertise in all areas of Event Design.

Day Of Coordinator Package
Arrival at Venue 2 hours before Event starts.
Working up a Reception/Event Timeline. Day of, keeping Venue and Vendors up with changes on our Event Timeline. 2. Detailing table set up including the placement of seating cards, centerpieces, as well as the Styling of the Favor/Gift/Cake and Head /Sweetheart or other Specialty Tables
3. Check in all other vendors. Making sure they are on-time, set-up and ready to provide their contracted services to the full extent of their contracts.
4. Work off floor plan diagram and follow up if Vendors are late and getting a current ETA and prepping what I can for them until they arrive.
5. Escorting the couple as they make their thank you circle to all of the guest tables and getting group photos.
6. I will be working as a team with the DJ, Photographer and Catering. Communicating with them any time changes to make sure they are at the right place at the right time, food arrives in a timely manner, etc. 7. Prepping each person prior to their turn making a toast so they are present and of course making sure the Champagne etc. was pre-poured!
8. Prep the Cake Table for Cake Cutting Tradition or open Candy/Dessert Table

9. Details Meeting at Venue (Local Only) Ceremony Rehearsal at Venue (Local Only)
10. Organize your departure, collect personal linens, keep sake décor, organize bridal suite, gifts & cards, leftover cake & catering, etc. leaving venue (parks, outdoor estates and other community centers) free of trash, décor and other debris.
11. First & Final Walk through with Venue Representative to ensure full refund of deposit, Usually 12+ hours from Start to Finish
